IGDEM, Ikinci Goz Danismanlik ve Egitim Limited Sirketi, started operating in the second half of 2020.

Despite being newly established, our company is founded by Yusuf ÖLÇEN, who was retired as a Manager from the Undersecretariat of Customs in 2004 and worked actively until mid-2020 in the sector as a Customs Consultant, Authorized Customs Consultant, consultant, and trainer in the field of Customs and Foreign Trade, and his experienced, competent colleagues.

For those who have issues about customs, foreign trade, foreign exchange, and logistics legislation and its implementation, have difficulties and seek solutions, IGDEM Ikinci Goz Consultancy and Training Center operates for the following purposes;

  • Finding the correct answer and offering solutions,
  • Being a solution partner in projects that foreign trade people plan to realize,
  • Managing the solution process by creating a road map for the solution of the problems,
  • Offering solutions for administrative and judicial disputes arising from transactions in the fields of customs, foreign trade, foreign exchange, and logistics, providing opinions and preparing reports for the correct execution of the process,
  • In line with the demands of importers and exporters, contributing to their future goals by examining their past transactions with a different perspective,
  • Organizing general training programs related to the requested legislation or training limited to specific subjects,
  • Organizing meetings and events on customs, foreign trade and foreign exchange legislation upon request,
  • Carrying out the process of preparation of Approved Person Status Certificate applications, planning, follow-up and finalization of the application and Document receiving procedures,
  • Examining and reporting whether those who wish to obtain Authorized Economic Operator and Approved Person Status Certificate are following these statuses,
  • Coordinating the structuring process in accordance with these statuses of those who want to obtain Authorized Economic Operator Status and Approved Person Status Certificate,
  • Managing the process for obtaining the Authorized Economic Operator Status and Approved Person Status Certificate,
  • Preparing the annual activity reports of the Authorized Economic Operator Status Certificate fields.
